The terms that govern your use of LogisticCube. Plain-language, transport-first.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LogisticCube platform and related services provided by eTechCube ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for activity under your account. Each user requires an individual login; shared credentials are not permitted, as they are essential to security, audit trails and role-based access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details.
LogisticCube is offered on a per-user subscription basis across Starter, Growth, Professional and Enterprise plans, plus a free plan. Plan entitlements (modules, branches, limits) are as described on our pricing page. You may add users at any time; charges for new users are pro-rated for the remainder of the billing period.
The free plan and any trial are provided "as is" with the stated usage limits and may be modified or discontinued. Upgrade prompts appear as you approach plan limits.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it to provide the service, maintain backups and support you. You may export your data at any time. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Certain features rely on third-party and government services (for example E-Way Bill, VAHAN, GST and PAN verification, WhatsApp and banking APIs). Their availability and accuracy depend on those providers, and their own terms may apply. We are not liable for outages or changes in third-party services outside our control.
We aim to keep the platform available and provide support per your plan. Uptime commitments and support response targets are set out in our Service Level Agreement.
The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within a reasonable period. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable window. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any specific dispute-resolution terms in your order form.
