1.Overview
This policy explains cancellations, refunds and downgrades for LogisticCube subscriptions. Our aim is to be fair and transparent — you should never feel locked in.
2.Monthly plans
- You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your admin panel or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- Monthly fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again.
3.Annual plans
- Annual plans are prepaid at a discount and are intended for the full 12-month term.
- Annual fees are generally non-refundable once the term has started, except where required by law or agreed in your order form.
- You may choose not to renew at the end of the term by notifying us before renewal.
4.Adding & removing users
- Users added mid-cycle are pro-rated for the remainder of the period.
- Removing users reduces your next invoice; mid-cycle removals are not separately refunded within the current period.
5.Downgrades & the free plan
You can move to a lower plan or to the free plan; the change applies from your next billing period, and plan limits then apply. Your data remains available for export.
6.Add-ons & one-time fees
Add-ons follow the billing cycle of your plan. One-time fees (such as onboarding or data migration) reflect work performed and are non-refundable once that work has begun.
7.How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel from your admin panel, or email info@logisticcube.com with your organisation and account details. We will confirm and process eligible requests promptly.
